Service Overview

This consulting engagement will provide you with an accelerated knowledge transfer using aproven methodology and Proof of Concept workshop to allow you to get you staff up and running quicklywith VMware ESX Server and VMware VirtualCenter as well as P2V(physical to virtual) conversion bestpractices.

Delivery Process

This workshop is up to 4 days on-site at the customer and provides guidance that allows the customer toimplement a virtual environment. An experienced VMware Certified Professional conducts the workshop,and performs knowledge transfer of Best Practices around configuration, administration and day to dayoperations

The goal is to ensure optimal configuration of your environment and consistency in youroperational procedures as per Best Practices.

Delivery Process

This infrastructure review process consists of up to 2 days on-site with an experiencedVMware Certified Professional conducting an assessment of your Virtual Infrastructure usingour Best Practices Methodology to provide a health check of their current environment and will identifypossible areas to optimize configuration and improve performance. At the end of the engagement, youwill be provided with a Health Check assessment report of the current environment andrecommendations on how to achieve Best Practices.

Service Overview

Our Virtualization & Consolidation Assessment report is more than just an assessment of yourWindows Server environment - it can also include your desktops and storage infrastructure to determinewhere your IT dollars can be best spent. It provides a roadmap to IT financial savings and will provideactionable recommendations that will jumpstart a virtualization and consolidation project. We provide arigorous yet thorough method for comparing what your environment is today against what itcould be.

Delivery Process

A typical assessment takes 3-4 weeks of data collection, followed by 2 weeks of analysis-all of which istaken care of by Open Systems of Cleveland. A final presentation is delivered with a very comprehensivereport to the IT and financial teams at your company.
